He is the founder of BlkEdgeAi, a financial technology firm specializing in AI-driven trading systems and market strategy, which he co-founded with his wife, Kadek Grimaldi Beaudry. Originally from Bali, Indonesia, Mrs. Beaudry is a highly skilled financial chartist with deep expertise in technical market analysis and global trading strategy.

Mr. Beaudry comes from a family with deep historical roots in North America, including early settlers and business figures in Nevada prior to statehood. His family legacy extends into major civic leadership, with relatives who went on to serve as the 13th Mayor of Los Angeles and as Mayor of Montreal on multiple occasions. His extended family history is also associated with early North American banking, including connections to the founding of Banque Jacques Cartier, which later became part of the National Bank of Canada.

He also comes from a family strongly rooted in finance, law, and public service. His mother worked at the highly respected New York stock brokerage firm Dean Witter and later ran for the United States Congress. His father served in the United States Coast Guard before attending law school in California and becoming a highly successful international attorney, working across regions including Libya, the Middle East, Kazakhstan, China, and Italy.

Raised in a highly international environment, Mr. Beaudry lived in more than 20 countries and has traveled to over 120 worldwide, many of them multiple times. His travels include rare and highly restricted regions such as North Korea, an experience uncommon among American travelers.

He attended multiple international schools across the globe and briefly attended Hawaii Pacific University before leaving early to pursue international business opportunities. He later returned to complete his academic foundation in finance theory through MIT OpenCourseWare and further advanced his financial training through Bloomberg programs in London and Hong Kong.

From an early age, Mr. Beaudry has been an avid follower of political developments and global financial markets, combined with an insatiable passion for deep ancient archaeology—the study of early civilizations, lost technologies, and the origins of human advancement.

He is a member of Mensa UK, SETI Institute, and the British Museum, reflecting his continued engagement with scientific, intellectual, and historical disciplines.

 

Early in his career, Mr. Beaudry worked with the NSA in the Middle East, gaining exposure to global systems and international operations. He then built a successful international business in antiques and furnishings, sourcing products from Indonesia, Thailand, China, and Libya. During the 1990s, Las Vegas became a primary market, where he operated multiple showrooms and supplied many of the city’s mega-resort hotels, from Mandalay Bay to Wynn Resorts.

Transitioning into finance, Mr. Beaudry entered global currency markets and traded with Citibank in Singapore before founding and managing hedge funds across China, Hong Kong, and Europe. Over time, he developed a specialization in financial systems, algorithmic trading, and market structure.

He is FCA regulated in the United Kingdom and has worked across international financial platforms, developing strategies in foreign exchange and equity markets.

Fluent in four languages, with formal study in Spanish and French, and additional study of Arabic in Libya and the Middle East, Mr. Beaudry brings a global perspective to economic development.

Mr. Beaudry is the developer and originator of NGEX, the Nevada Global Exchange—a state-owned financial exchange designed to generate public revenue through global market activity. His vision is to make Nevada the first no-tax state in the United States by replacing all state taxes and fees with revenue generated through NGEX.

Nevada Roots​

My connection to Las Vegas spans more than thirty years. I lived and worked here in the 1990s and later returned to make Nevada my permanent home. For more than eight years, my wife and I have been based in Las Vegas.​​​​​​​​​

Why I'm Running ​

Nevada relies heavily on tourism. When tourism slows, state revenue drops.

​

I am running for Governor to change that—by replacing this model with NGEX and eliminating all state taxes and fees.​​
